MOULDS FOR PLASTIC BLOWING

Moulds for Plastic Blowing

A well-designed mould produces perfectly formed plastic parts. We design and manufacture moulds for all types of blow-moulding machines.

We pay particular attention to the aesthetic finishes (photoengraving, sandblasting, etc.) and to the separation lines.

Our goal is to provide high quality products to achieve maximum moulding results, both for the parts quality and the process productivity. Our molds are designed for optimal cooling to improve in use productivity.

The high technology with which the moulds are made is the result of more than 40 years of experience in the packaging sector for detergents, cosmetics, large-scale distribution, pharmaceutical, food industries.

The new generation CNC machine tools guarantee very high precision results and cost-effective solutions.

We also specialize in mould sandblasting, grinding, counter-moulds, cutting bushings, blowing dies and pins.

Our technicians receive constant training in responding to customer requests.

Over the years we have established various technological partnerships with suppliers and engineering faculties of prestigious Italian universities.

Packaging

We design and manufacture moulds for containers ranging from 5 ml to 300 lt. With our CNC and high-speed machine tools, we are able to produce moulds and tooling with the highest level of precision, from the simplest to the most complex shapes.

In addition to the standard moulds entirely in stainless steel or aluminum, we also produce multi-cavity moulds for high-productivity manufacturing, with specific materials and other special alloys.
